Living in decin looking for places , people to drive rc cars with

Hi Iam a 62 year old rc car enthusiast , i live in decin . I only speak English or german , sorry not czech . I have an arrma kraton 6s and use a futaba t7px transmitter i only have the use of my right arm and hand my left arm is paralyzed. I am looking for people to drive my rc car off road with and places near me where i can drive my car.end of this month i will also have an arrma 6s Mojave at the moment i am waiting for a spare wheel axle for  my kraton as i lost the wheel nut last time out and i landed on a rock and damaged the threads in my haste to put the wheel back on i crossed the threads and they stripped so now im waiting for a new part . If any one can help i would be very grateful
